Route hosts no content
Route is a player. It does not host, distribute, index, link to or recommend channels, films, series or streams. Streams go directly from third-party servers the user adds to the user's device.
That is why we cannot block third-party streams. Rights holders should contact the provider or host serving the stream.
What you can report to us
Our apps, the routeiptv.com website, our store listings, and Route accounts used to spread or promote infringing sources.
What a notice should contain
The work you believe is infringed; where the infringement is (a link, screen or store page); an explanation of why it is unlawful; your name, address and email; a statement that the information is accurate and that you act in good faith; information showing you hold the rights or are authorised to act for whoever does; your signature.
How we handle it
We confirm receipt, review the notice and tell you our decision. If our decision affects a user, we explain the reasons to them as well and give them a way to object.
For repeated infringement we apply the warning, suspension and closure steps in the Terms of Use.
Where to send it
Send notices in English, German or Turkish to our copyright and legal address (see Contact); our postal address is in the Imprint.
Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences. We have no general obligation to monitor content.
