Deleting your Route IPTV account

Route IPTV is an app by Astalyne Studios on the App Store and Google Play. This page explains how to delete the Route account you created in the app.

Cancel your store subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; payments continue until you cancel it.

On iPhone and iPad, cancel Route Premium in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Delete in the app

In Route IPTV, choose Account > Delete Account and confirm with your device lock.

Enter the 6-digit code we email you. Your account is deleted at once, and the profiles and sources on this device are removed too.

Delete without the app

Email "Delete my account" to [email protected] from the address on your Route account; we cannot match a request from another address to your account.

We act on it within 30 days and confirm to the same address when it is done.

What is deleted

Your email address, sign-in and session records, your device list, your encrypted vault (IPTV sources, PINs and lock settings), synced profiles, lists, ratings and viewing records, match alert registrations, subscription records, your customer record at RevenueCat, and the play and rating records kept for the Top 10.

What remains

Records we must keep by law (if any) are kept only as long as required.

Your purchase records stay with the App Store or Google Play under the store's own terms.

Your other devices are signed out. Profiles and sources left on them are removed when you uninstall the app there.
